VIDEO: MIKE WELCH BRAWL AT BOURBON STREET 135 LBS. CHAMPION

Team Colon’s Mike Welch grounded and pounded his way to Brawl At Bourbon Street’s bantamweight championship.  It comes just two weeks after victory in the C3 ring where he submitted Mark Busch with an armbar.

Welch defeated Matt Wilson by TKO to earn the belt at Bourbon Street. He should be a familiar face to Chicago’s MMA users, his fight with Chris Lane in Disorderly Conduct II is one of the most popular videos on this site.  In that match, Welch seemed to be ahead on the judges cards before Lane caught him in a submission.
