UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar works with a group of coaches who address different areas of his game in preparation for his fights. One of those coaches is Erik Paulson, who stopped by FLO MMA in suburban Palatine(home gym of Lesnar’s BJJ coach Rodrigo “Comprido” Medeiros) to give a seminar. Paulson gives Chicago’s MMA reporter Matt Lo Cascio an update on Lesnar’s training camp for Cain Velasquez, the man challenging him for title in UFC 121. Paulson says Lesnar realizes this is a big chance for Velasquez to make a bigger name for himself, but Brock is prepared as always for his opponent.
