CAREFUL WITH THOSE CAGETOP BACKFLIPS

Here at Chicago’s MMA, we’re usually all about celebrating the accomplishments of those in the fight game. But here’s a warning to all you would be cage gymnasts — be careful with those post-victory backflips. Oh, and we laughed at this a lot too. Each of the 8 times we watched it.

There’s no upside to the back flip attempt in the ring. If you succeed no one cares but if you flop it’s big news.
