Info: MTC offers instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling, and a professional strength and conditioning program. Our state of the art facilities include 2 full-size rings and octagon cage, a large bag area, an expansive grappling center, a cardio machine hub, and well-maintained men’s and women’s locker rooms.
