Dennis Hughes is a 22 year police officer and military veteran. He has trained defensive tactics to military, fire and police. He has coached fighters in UFC and PRIDE.

Coach Hughes runs a combat conditioning class that is appropriate for any level athlete. We have members who are pro fighters and members who are soccer moms.

Team No Ego offers mixed martial arts training including grappling, jiu-jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, judo, and defensive tactics for beginning to advanced members.
