Our academy offers top-notch instruction from two black belt professors, Jay Valko and Andre Terencio. Our philosophy is that everyone, regardless of physical ability, can and will improve. All classes are beginner friendly and all students are encouraged to help each other to learn and grow as a team. The progress and safety of the student is of the utmost importance.

In addition to BJJ we offer Boxing and Wrestling instruction. Our boxing coach is a Chicago Golden Gloves champion and a successful MMA fighter. Our wrestling coach has over twenty years of grappling experience. He is an accomplished wrestler and jiu-jitsu practitioner.
