Erik Paulson is the man behind the popular “Killer Leg Locks” video instructionals. The former SHOOTO Lightheavyweight Champion has integrated his experiences in wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sambo, and Catch Wrestling into his own personal system called Combat Submission Wrestling.
Paulson has co-authored a new book about the history of submission wrestling called “Rough and Tumble.”
In the second part of his interview with CSW founder, Chicago’s MMA reporter Matt LoCascio talked to Erik about the book, as well as life on the busy seminar circuit.
