FLO MMA JEET KUNE DO INSTRUCTOR MARCUS CHARLES

There’s more than MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at FLO MMA in Palatine. Marcus Charles teaches Jeet Kune Do and Kali/Filipino Martial arts at the gym. He is the Midwest Director for Progressive Fighting Systems, the style of JKD created by Paul Vunak, one-time hand to hand instructor for the Navy SEALS. Chicago’s MMA talked to Marcus about what students can expect when training with him.
