One day my daughter brought home some papers from preschool. On one of the papers the kids were asked to list their favorite sport. What did my 4-year old little girl write down on her paper? MMA. Thankfully DCFS did not make an appearance at my house.
In that same vein, MMA journalist Mike Russell’s 5-year old daughter had some special thoughts on a recent seminar given by Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell in Canada.
And there you have it. The greatest drawing ever about MMA. If you look closely, Chocolate Al’s face looks a bit like Patrick from Spongebob.

I was working out on vacation yesterday, and a man with a heavy Canadian accent asked me if anyone ever told me that I looked like MMA fighter “Chocolate Al” (I thought). I jokingly said no, but I’d been called “Vanilla Marshmallow” before. He looked at me quizzically and continued with his workout.
Later in the day, I looked up “Chocolate Al” on the web and came across THIS! I about wet myself laughing!!
