Eddie Wineland’s Gash from UFC on FX

Duneland Vale Tudo’s Eddie Wineland captured his first UFC win in style on Friday night, but it came at a cost. That cost was plenty of stitches for a massive gash on his forehead, which came courtesy of a well-placed knee from opponent Scott Jorgensen.

Still, it didn’t seem to faze the self-proclaimed, “corn-fed hillbilly from Indiana”, and Wineland became the first fighter to finish Scott Jorgensen. It was a huge win for Wineland — even bigger than this cut that Wineland snapped a pic of and Tweeted out.
