Pat “HD” Barry will teach a striking seminar at Clay Guida’s MMA Stop Fitness on Saturday, March 16 from 11am to 2pm.
Barry is coming off an impressive KO win against tough heavyweight Shane del Rosario at The Ultimate Fighter Finale in December. The Duke Roufus-trained kickboxer will also do a meet-and-greet session after the seminar.
