UFC featherweight contender and Team Top Notch fighter Ricardo Lamas took the ALS ice bucket challenge — to a whole new level. Lamas created a hilarious Kung Pow-like video complete with the horrible lip-sync of the classic martial arts movies.

Lamas continues to recover from the broken hand he suffered in his UFC Fight Night win over Hacran Dias in June. Lamas already holds a win over #2-ranked featherweight Cub Swanson, so perhaps a fight with Dennis Bermudez or Frankie Edgar is next for “The Bully” as he works his way back to another shot at the title. Lamas, 5-1 in UFC fights, recently told UFC Tonight that he would still love to fight Bermudez, but hasn’t been approached with that bout yet. The Lamas vs. Bermudez fight is rumored to take place at UFC 180 in Mexico, if Lamas is back to full health. Lamas said he should be cleared to train in September.
Edgar said he would like to fight again this year after he dominated BJ Penn in July, and that would also be an interesting matchup for Lamas.
