Counterstrike MMA in Downers Grove is hosting a 2-part female self defense seminar. The dates are Nov. 20th and Dec 4th for a total of 4 hours. Ladies ages 13 and up are welcome. The program is called “Escape To Gain Safety”. The cost of both sessions is $60. If you bring a friend you will receive 1/2 off 1 admission. All students also receive their own personal self defense device.
